When someone makes a hole-in-one on TUESDAY PLAY DAY – Tournament Chair, Vice President, AGA Rep, and Webmasters all need to be informed.
Tournament Chair: so the hole-in-one is recorded and the golfer gets her prize money ($75 check). Vice President: so it gets written up in the MPWGA newsletter. AGA Rep: so AGA gets informed. Webmasters: so the holes-in-one spreadsheet gets updated and posted on the website.
Any other day of the week, the AGA Rep and Webmasters need to be informed.
What information is needed?
The information needed is the date of the hole-in-one, the course name and hole number and the golf club used. If you have a picture send that as well.
